BioOn a brief serious note, I do also use this journal for stories pertaining to my Camarilla characters. These entries are clearly marked, especially the more recent ones. All information is strictly OOC, and reading it here does not mean your character knows it unless I specificly tell you otherwise.
Ok...a short bio. Hi. I'm Kat. I am a native born tater tot (aka: Born in Idaho) but I spent most of my life growing up in Spokane. I'm an only child, save for a half brother I didn't grow up with and don't care for, and my parents split up when I was like...seven or eight, leaving me with just my mom until I graduated high school and moved out. Dad lives in Arkansas. He hitch-hiked out there when I was about ten to freeload off his own parents.
I moved out of my mother's house 4 months after graduating high school, lived alone for a bit, then with a boyfriend. In 2002 I decided I needed the hell out of Spokane, so on a lark, I asked my friends in the Cam who I could crash with if I decided to move until I got back on my feet. People responded, the sanest (safest) feeling one being Kevin, from Tennessee.
Never, ever take Greyhound across country.
Shortly after moving there, him and I started dating. We lived rather happily there for two years, but the social life of the bible belt blows total goats, so we made plans to move again, originally to Colorado. The move happened, but not as we had hoped. In July of 2004, I got a call telling me my mother had passed away...and instead of Colorado, we moved to Spokane, into the house that I grew up in. Much family drama ensued, resulting in me not really talking to any of them anymore.
We were mostly miserable in Spokanistan, and were stuck there doing house stuff for about two years (see the first few entries of the journal for details). Finally, we got the house on the market and sold, and we were off to Colorado Springs, where we'd meant to go all along, and here I am. Kevin and I just celebreated our 4 year anniversary.
Four years, going on forever.
